A combination of fabric collage and embroidery on velvet with a deep sheen for a lovely contrast. A clouded yellow butterfly, silk leaves and flowers. Hand stitched detail on the bold patterned cotton jug. Framed in continuous running stitch of silk rayon thread.. Backed with felt and cotton. Hanging loops for a dowel rod or could be framed instead. Approx 23cm by 17cm. Keep out of direct sunlight and dust using a soft brush. Displayed on mount board using nano tape. Should peel off easily.
