Blackcap in the Hedge - embroidery hanging

Sweet Blackcap with your warbling song. Heard and sometimes glimpsed suddenly flitting through branches and leaves. Soft greens and pinks in this collage background of vintage cotton fragments, silk and lace. It has a deep quilted style relief on the decorative stitched surface. Backed with felt and cotton. Keep out of direct sunlight and dust with a soft brush. Hanging loops for a dowel rod or would be good displayed in a box frame. Approx 19cm by 21cm. Note the irregular shape if you are someone who demands straight lines. Displayed on mount board using nano tape which can be removed easily.
